I was sent a ring with some scuffing on the beveled edge and scratches on the platinum inlay which was disappointing because the ring is very cool looking. When I reached out to request a refund due to this, I was initially told they’d fix it and return it. After clarifying that I don’t want it back and just want a refund I was eventually granted an exception and allowed to return it. Although I didn’t end up keeping the ring I appreciate that the Elysium team made an exception to make the situation right for me. Their products are very cool. I’d maybe consider trying another ring in the future.
